Pilates is an amazing class that builds strength without bulk, focusing on improving strength, posture, balance and stability. Incorporating the mind, body & breath to activate the deeper core muscles to allow the body to function optimally in both our working and leisure activities.
Pure Stretch has been designed with a simple aim of educating people how to stretch in a fun and fulfilling way. This class will lengthen all the muscles of the body through a series of balanced choreographed movements, improving your flexibility, developing core strength for a happier, healthier body and mind!
This class will lift, tighten and tone your legs and butt whilst using your deeper stabilising muscles of the core. It’s great for improving your posture and balance too.
