BARRE PILATES METHOD
This class will:
- Lift, tone and tighten your bottom and legs
- Help you stand tall with improved posture
- Improve your balance
- Strengthen your core
A 45 minutes class, 30 minutes using sequences of conditioning movements standing and using the Barre and also 15 minutes of floor work incorporating Pilates.
Everyone can work at their own level and have fun.
