I exercised with Di for just over two years and in particular did Powerhoop. Such a great class and Di is the best instructor. I went from dropping the hoop every two seconds to being able to do all (most!) of the arms, legs and movement! Fun classes, everyone smiling and all because of lovely Dianne. Would thoroughly recommend.

I hadn’t done any kind of fitness for years. But boy did this hoop class really help me! I suffer from an old whiplash injury that would cause pain in my neck and arms, whilst even driving for more than 20 mins. I’ve tried lots of exercise but nothing really done the trick long term. This has really strengthened my core (in fact my whole body) more than I could of possibly hoped for. And more than just that, the classes are fun with a fantastic playlist of really good music! Di is just brilliant! Always smiling, keeping you focused whilst keeping it fun. A really good informative instructor making sure you do it correctly and getting the most of your moves (and of course avoiding injury)

With the help of Powerhooping I have changed my shape and size. I started hooping when i was 13st 7lb and now I’m 12st 8lb and can fit into size 14 clothes from being size 16/18. I love Powerhooping, it’s great fun and the only exercise class that I have enjoyed and remained with. I am always asking Dianne to fit me into her other classes. I also have my own hoop which I use twice a week for 15 minutes at a time. I have noticed that my posture has changed, my core strength has improved and I have lots more energy. I would recommend this form of exercise to anyone, it’s great fun, it will make you smile and laugh even though you are being worked hard in this whole body workout. Thanks Dianne!

From the gentleness of Pilates, to putting the party in to Zumba, Dianne will be the instructor for you. Being a part of her class, she has the knack of making you feel that the class is dedicated to you. Making sure that you safety is looked after whilst you are enjoying your time. I have been atending Beamfit class for several months & although it is challenging to stay on the Beam I have noticed that I am improving staying on & that my legs & hips are definately more toned & shapely. The class is not competitive at all & Di is lovely handing out praise & support plus correcting if the pose is not right, very important I think. I have also started beginners Pilates & feel the 2 classes in conjunction work well plus the relaxation at the end is lovely, my posture has greatly improved & feel the classes are very beneficial.

60+ non gym bunny!?

Still feeling good this morning .. more upright and shoulders in good position and easier for body to find a better posture. Some feelings of being worked around middle and hips feel different… in a good way not easy to find descriptive words lol 😉 felt pleasantly tired last night and slept well. 🙂 good “feel good” factor this morning too 🙂 My back feel great thank you. All twinges gone. 🙂
Legs, inner thighs and bum are telling me they have been worked when I go upstairs but in a good way . Just enough to let me know it was a good session for me and not so much I’m ooching and ouching 😉 lol
I really like the class I found it was brilliant for getting in touch with my body and what it needs and was sort of peaceful. Just what I needed 🙂 🙂

Pure Stretch

Hi Dianne, I thought I would share with you that I had an appointment , after waiting for 3 months, at Liskeard Hospital , for physio yesterday. After a thorough assessment, which included balancing on one leg at a time and testing my muscle strength, he told me that he was most impressed with my overall ability and no need to attend for any treatment. He was most interested when I told him how much Pilates was helping me . All thanks to you.

I’m really, really pleased with the improvement in my back. I’m getting less pain and feel truly great after the class. My stiffness has improved too. I feel taller & very stretched. Discovering muscles which are stiffer & muscles which aren’t. I’ve learnt a lot about my body and hope I learn more. Thanks Di

“I hate exercise I will be honest never stuck to going to gym I do really like swimming or step classes or anything like that , but I love hooping I look forward to it each week it makes me happy lovely friendly classes and I just want to keep coming I feel relaxed in the class and don’t feel silly if I get it wrong!
